Project Management Process Improvement Projects (2010 to Present)
Budgets: $450K to $5M
Perform various audit function for assessment of Project Management maturity. Serve as project controls identifying gaps with the Scope, Estimate and Schedule for various transmission projects. The objective was to improve the way AEP Transmission organization manages its portfolio of work.
Pipeline New Build and Conversion Project (2012 to Present)

Perform project controls and scheduling function for a new build Pipeline in Houston, TX these pipelines are located throughout the greater Houston area, including neighborhoods, the Houston Ship Channel and industrial sites. Over 240 miles of construction and over $430MM. Scheduling KPI and Cost forecasting, Control and Reporting will be performed
Bottling Plants and NASA training facility Projects (2008 to 2010)
Budgets: $2M to $375M
Served as project controls specialist team on dozens of multimillion-dollar superfund and remediation projects that included bottling plant, waste management plant and a hydraulic table for NASA training center on JFK space center.
Cement Plant Projects (2007 to 2008)
Budgets: $5M to $420M
Manage all phases of project controls involving schedule development and management of various cement plant schedules. Provide KPI and cost forecasting reporting for multimillion dollar cement plants in Latin America.
Other Construction & Demolition Projects (2003 to 2007)
Budgets: $450K to $520M
Project controls and management of construction/demolition projects, including ground-up build of residential condominium, corporate offices and underground parking garages as well as abandoned warehouse demolitions.
Air Force Center for Engineering and Environmental (ACFEE) (2008 to 2009)
Budgets: $12M to $340M
Develop an Acquisition Master Schedule to efficiently track all of the acquisition packages or the entire construction program that AFCEE Contingency Construction Division (CX) executed. The Acquisition Master schedule is the primary tool used by AFCEE leadership to monitor and report the program status in the Middle East.
US Army Corp of Engineers MILCON Projects (2010 to 2011)
Budgets: $13M to $220M
Serve as multiple US Army Corp of Engineers (USACE) source as a "Scheduling Expert" to provide preliminary analysis of contractor's schedule that was submitted with proposals. Create technical evaluation and analysis of contractor construction management methods. Serve as the US Corps of Engineers subject matter expert in project controls..
US Army Corp of Engineers MILCON Projects (2008 to 2011)
Budgets: $13M to $260M
Provide construction oversight cost and schedule management on 14 project totaling $260 million of new construction at Lackland AFB or the US Corps of Engineers. Serve as the US Corps of Engineers subject matter expert in project controls.
U. S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Baltimore District (Active)
Budgets: $1 to $10M
Provide construction schedule management support for Davison Air Field Fire Station, Ft Belvoir. Construction Schedule Management include and not limited to create baseline, maintain schedule updates, analysis and reporting for expansion of the existing two-company fire station into a three-company fire station to allow for Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighting support. This mission critical facility will allow military firefighters to provide fire protection for installation flight-lines and facilities as well as provide fire prevention education and training. Serve as the USACE subject matter expert in scheduling and project controls.
U. S. Veterans Affairs (VA) Washington, DC District (Active)
Budgets: $2.5 to $20M
Provide construction schedule management support and technical evaluation on Contractors schedules and Payment Applications for multiple locations throughout the USA. Schedule Management duties include and not limited to create baseline, maintain schedule updates, schedule analysis, cost analysis and reporting. Serve as the US VA subject matter expert in scheduling and project controls.
